Protection of clients’ personal data and professional confidentiality code of conduct

The usage of this website does not involve acquiring, recording, or processing of any personal data. The website does not send or place any cookies on your computer.

All of the information gathered during our cooperation is protected by the professional confidentiality code of conduct and will not be released to any third party nor will it be utilized in a manner that is outside of the scope of the commissioned contract.  This mandatory professional confidentiality code of conduct is unrestricted by time and continues after the termination of the agreement upon which we provided our professional assistance.  Professional confidentiality related to factual information gathered during our legal assistance or during the course of the case can not be restricted or excluded.  We are exempted from this mandatory professional confidentiality code of conduct only as it relates to the legislation established under the November 16th, 2000 Act in regards to countermeasures taken while advancing financial turnover equity assets originating from illegal or undisclosed origins and countermeasures taken in regards to terrorism financing – within the scope of its regulations.  The court of law and any other  institutions participating in the case, are also bounded by the absolute confidentiality rule during the consensual negotiations, unless the parties participating in these negotiations agree to disclosure. 

The absolute confidentiality rule regarding the client extends to our dealings with courts and other institutions participating in the case in regards to the mediation process, unless the participating parties agree to disclosure.
